🏢 THE STORY

Imagine: a thriving company specializing in the sale of... suppositories! But the unthinkable has happened: it has been infiltrated by HR goblins.

Their motivation? An insatiable appetite! Because yes, for these goblins, suppositories are the ultimate treat, apparently more powerful than fentanyl, but without the risk of overdose!(Their secret word might be "Candy" when the employees' word is "Suppository"...).

Desperately trying to get their sticky hands on the precious stock, they sow chaos and attempt to sabotage productivity. As a dedicated employee (with the right secret word), your mission is to unmask them. If you're a goblin (with the slightly different word), be cunning to survive and eliminate the others.

👥 THE ROLES

• Employees: Possess the common secret word. Must identify goblins through their suspicious descriptions and eliminate them by vote.
• HR Goblins: Possess a related but different secret word. Must bluff during discussions to pass as employees and eliminate the latter.
• Managers: Don't know the words at the start, but can win instantly by guessing the exact secret word of the employees. A risky gamble!

🎯 HOW TO PLAY

The game takes place in rounds ("days"), each with two key phases:

• Discussion Phase: The heart of the game! Each player knows their secret word (e.g., "Suppository" for employees, "Candy" for goblins). Without ever saying your word, you must describe it, allude to it, or give clues to:
  • Find your allies (those who seem to be describing exactly the same word as you).
  • Identify the goblins (those whose descriptions or allusions seem slightly off or too vague).
  Bluffing, trick questions, and bad faith interpretations are encouraged!
• Voting Phase: After the discussion, everyone votes to eliminate the person deemed most suspicious (probably the one who described a suppository as a "little conical treat"). The player with the most votes is eliminated and their role (and word) are revealed.

Managers have their separate moment to try to guess the employees' word.

💼 WHO WINS?

• Employees triumph if all goblins are eliminated by vote.
• Goblins win if they become numerous enough that employees can no longer have a majority during votes.
• A Manager wins the game immediately and alone if they guess the exact secret word of the employees.
