Terms of Service - HR Goblin

By downloading, installing, or using HR Goblin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Doved Studio (David PAVLOVSCHII), governing your use of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Doved Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6. Virtual Currency

The App may include virtual currency ("Goblards") that can be earned or purchased. Virtual currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Is non-transferable between accounts
• May be modified or removed at our discretion

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
