Common Questions
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the app, go to Profile → Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically on any device signed in with the same account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device and select the app to cancel.
How do I delete my account and data?
Most Doved Studio Local AI apps do not require a Doved Studio account and keep app content on your device. You can remove local app data from the app itself where a delete option is available, or by deleting the app from your device. If an app includes an account feature, open the app, go to Profile → Account, and tap "Delete Account". You can also email us at support@dovedstudio.com to request data deletion.
The app is crashing or not working correctly
Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your device. If that doesn't help, email us with a description of the problem and we'll investigate.
