Privacy Policy - Doved Studio Local AI Suite

Doved Studio ("we", "our", "us") provides the Local AI Suite listed below. This policy applies only to these apps and their companion widgets or extensions. If another Doved Studio app has its own privacy policy, that app-specific policy applies to that app instead.

2. What Doved Studio Does Not Collect

• No accounts are required to use the core apps.
• No prompts, chats, documents, scans, photos, audio, videos, transcripts, generated images, workouts, or camera frames are uploaded to Doved Studio servers.
• No app content is used to train AI models.
• No advertising SDKs, IDFA, cross-app tracking, or data brokers are used.
• No contact information, precise location, contacts, browsing history, or search history is collected by Doved Studio from this suite.

App content is processed locally by Apple frameworks, local machine-learning models, or models stored on your device. The apps are designed so that the sensitive thing you put into them stays with you.

3. Purchase Entitlements

Some apps in the suite offer paid upgrades, subscriptions, lifetime unlocks, or an all-access purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Doved Studio does not receive your payment card details, billing address, Apple ID password, or other Apple account credentials.

To unlock paid features and restore purchases, the apps may use RevenueCat as a purchase entitlement provider. RevenueCat may receive the minimum purchase-related information needed to confirm access, such as an anonymous app user ID, product identifiers, receipt status, and entitlement status. This information is used only for app functionality, purchase restoration, subscription support, and cross-app all-access unlocking.

4. iCloud and Apple Services

If you use iCloud, Apple may back up or sync app data according to your device and iCloud settings. That sync is between your device and your Apple account. Doved Studio does not operate an iCloud server, read your iCloud files, or receive your private app content from iCloud.

Some all-access purchase flows may use an anonymized iCloud-derived identifier to help paid access work across the suite without requiring a Doved Studio account. This identifier is hashed before it is sent to the purchase entitlement provider and is used only for purchase access.

Apple's App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, device diagnostics, backups, and operating system services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies and settings.

5. Device Permissions

Some apps request device permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, files, or notifications. Permission prompts are controlled by iOS. Granting a permission allows the app to perform its local feature on your device; it does not mean Doved Studio receives that content.

• Camera access is used for local scanning, photo editing, or workout form analysis.
• Microphone access is used for local recording and transcription features.
• Photo and file access is used to import or export content that you choose.
• Notifications may be used for local reminders, generation status, or activity updates.

7. Data Retention

Your app content remains on your device unless you delete it, export it, share it, or your own Apple device settings sync or back it up. Deleting an app removes its local app data according to iOS behavior, except for content you exported elsewhere or data retained by Apple for purchases and backups.

Purchase records and entitlement status are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies so purchases can be restored and subscriptions can be managed.

8. Children's Privacy

These apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this suite.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the apps change, if Apple requirements change, or if we add a feature that affects privacy. The effective date above will be updated when this policy is changed.
