Terms of Service — Doved Studio Apps
Effective date: February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications and games (collectively, the "Apps") developed and operated by Doved Studio ("we", "our", "us"), unless a specific app has its own dedicated Terms of Service page, in which case that page takes precedence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Apps. By using any App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
2. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to:
- Download and install the Apps on your personal Apple devices
- Use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes
This licence does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Apps.
3. User Conduct
When using the Apps, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Apps for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Apps
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Apps
- Circumvent any security measures
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchase Options:
Some Apps offer premium features through in-app purchases, which may include:
- Weekly subscription: Auto-renewing subscription billed every week
- Monthly subscription: Auto-renewing subscription billed every month
- Annual subscription: Auto-renewing subscription billed every year
- Lifetime purchase: One-time purchase granting permanent access
Available purchase options vary by App. Check the individual App for its specific offerings.
Payment and Renewal:
- All subscriptions and purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
Cancellation:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Refunds:
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free Trial:
Some Apps may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the advertised price.
5. AI-Generated Content
Important Notice:
Some of our Apps use artificial intelligence and machine learning features, including on-device processing and cloud-based AI services. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated output. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, import, or process using the Apps. You are solely responsible for the content you process through the Apps.
If you submit feedback or suggestions through an in-app feedback feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our Apps.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Apps, including but not limited to:
- Source code and software
- Design elements and user interface
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Text, graphics, and other content
belong to Doved Studio and are protected by applicable laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of AI-generated content or processed results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security or freedom from viruses
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps
- Any errors in AI-generated content or processed output
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct that we determine to be harmful. Upon termination, your licence to use the Apps is immediately revoked.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of France.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Effective date" above will be updated. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
