Terms of Service — Doved Studio Apps

Effective date: October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications and games (collectively, the "Apps") developed and operated by Doved Studio ("we", "our", "us"), unless a specific app has its own dedicated Terms of Service page, in which case that page takes precedence.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Apps. By using any App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to:

• Download and install the Apps on your personal Apple or Android devices
• Use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes

This licence does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Apps.

3. User Conduct

When using the Apps, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Apps for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Apps
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Apps
• Circumvent any security measures

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Payment and Renewal:

• All subscriptions and purchases are processed by the store you bought them from: the Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (App Store) or your Google account (Google Play) upon confirmation of purchase
• App Store subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends
• Google Play subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel them; Google Play charges each renewal at the start of the new period at the same price

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time: in your Apple ID account settings for App Store purchases, or in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions for Google Play purchases
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Refunds:

Refunds follow the store you bought from. Google Play purchases: request a refund in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions or through Google Play's refund page. App Store purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free Trial:

Some Apps may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the advertised price.

You retain ownership of all content you create, import, or process using the Apps. You are solely responsible for the content you process through the Apps.

If you submit feedback or suggestions through an in-app feedback feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our Apps.

Clubs and community rules. Some Apps let you create or join a private club and post text, photos, voice messages, polls, and comments that the club's members see. When you create or join a club, you accept these rules.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Never post harassment, bullying, hate, threats, sexual content, content that exploits minors, illegal goods or services, or anything that puts someone in danger.

Report any post or comment from its menu, and block any member to stop seeing their posts. We review every report, remove content that breaks these rules, and warn its author. We ban from every social feature anyone who keeps breaking these rules or posts anything illegal. To reach us about content in a club, email [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Apps, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• Design elements and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, graphics, and other content

belong to Doved Studio and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of AI-generated content or processed results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps
• Any errors in AI-generated content or processed output
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct that we determine to be harmful. Upon termination, your licence to use the Apps is immediately revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of France.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Effective date" above will be updated. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
