PepAI Terms of Use

These supplemental terms govern your use of PepAI. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreementalso applies. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control.
1. Adult Use
You must be at least 18 years old to use PepAI.
2. Tracking Tool, Not Medical Care
PepAI organizes information that you choose to enter. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a compound, treatment, dose, schedule, supplier, or injection site, calculate a dose, monitor your body, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use PepAI for emergencies. Contact a qualified clinician before you start, stop, or change care.
You are responsible for checking every entry, reminder, unit, date, and inventory value against the instructions you received. Device, notification, battery, and software failures can delay or suppress reminders. Never rely on PepAI as your only source of treatment information.
3. License and Acceptable Use
Doved Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use PepAI on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules. Do not misuse the app, bypass purchase controls, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions and Lifetime Access
- PepAI may offer weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Apple shows the price and billing period that apply in your storefront before you confirm.
- Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the displayed renewal price.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account. Cancellation takes effect after the paid period ends.
- Apple handles refund requests under its policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Lifetime access means access to the purchased PepAI product for as long as Doved Studio offers and supports that product; it does not promise perpetual compatibility, new paid products, or services that did not exist when you purchased it. Consumer rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.
5. Your Data
You control the records you enter. Review the PepAI Privacy Policy for local storage, Apple Health, RevenueCat, ambient display, and deletion details.
6. Availability and Changes
We work to keep PepAI available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features when necessary for safety, law, platform requirements, or product maintenance. We will not remove statutory consumer rights.
7. Warranty and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepAI is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those the law requires. Doved Studio is not responsible for treatment decisions, missed reminders, inaccurate user entries, or indirect losses caused by relying on PepAI. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
