PepAI Support
Email [email protected] with your PepAI version, iOS version, device model, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not send dose logs, medical records, screenshots with sensitive health details, or Apple ID credentials.
Restore or Manage a Purchase
Open PepAI, tap the Settings button on Today, then choose Restore purchases. Use Manage my subscriptionsto open Apple's subscription controls. Confirm that your device uses the Apple ID that made the purchase. Doved Studio never needs your password.
Apple Health Weight Import
PepAI only requests read access to body mass. You can review or change access in the Health app or iOS Settings. Apple does not tell PepAI whether you denied read access; when no weight is available, PepAI shows no imported value. You can always enter weight manually.
Reminders, Widgets, and Lock Screen Privacy
Allow notifications in iOS Settings if reminders do not appear. PepAI hides dose details outside the app by default. To change that choice, open PepAI Settings and useShow health details outside PepAI. Turning it off rewrites widgets without dose details and ends current Live Activities.
Erase Local Data
Open PepAI Settings and choose Erase all data. PepAI removes its local records, reminders, widget state, and Live Activities. This cannot be undone. Your App Store purchase stays attached to your Apple ID and remains restorable.

PepAI is a record-keeping tool, not medical care or an emergency service. If an entry, reminder, or inventory value differs from your instructions, stop and check with a qualified healthcare professional. Contact local emergency services for urgent help.
