Terms of Service - Roamie

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roamie, including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Roamie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and David PAVLOVSCHII, operating under the trade name Doved Studio.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roamie is a collaborative travel planning and expense tracking application that allows you to:

• Plan trips and create itineraries
• Track and split expenses with travel companions
• Store trip-related photos and documents
• Sync data across multiple devices
• Export trip reports and expense summaries

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Roamie, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payment & Renewal:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions

Refunds:

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Roamie ("User Content"), including trip plans, expense records, photos, and notes.

5.2 License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant Roamie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of others
• Is fraudulent or deceptive

6. Shared Trips and Collaboration

When you invite others to a shared trip:

• All members can view and edit trip content based on their permissions
• You are responsible for whom you invite
• Expense calculations and split suggestions are informational only
• Actual payments and settlements are handled outside of Roamie
• We are not responsible for disputes between trip members

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user information without consent

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Costs of obtaining substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
