Her Pilates ("the app") is a pilates app for women on iPhone, iPad and Android. David PAVLOVSCHII, trading as Doved Studio, 25 rue Alexandre Dumas, 91270 Vigneux-sur-Seine, France ("we"), makes it and controls your data. This page tells you what the app keeps on your phone, what it sends, why, and who processes it. Questions: [email protected].
Your onboarding answers, your plan, your classes and journal, your signature, your progress photos, your cycle dates, your reminders and your charms stay on your phone. We never upload them. Deleting the app deletes them.
The camera opens only when you take a progress photo, and the photo stays on your phone. Reminders are notifications your phone schedules for you. The app shows no ads and we never sell your data.
Some of them process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep the anonymous account and your answer while the app needs them, and delete them when you ask. Stores and RevenueCat keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data linked to your anonymous ID, or object to its use: write to [email protected] and we answer within one month. Deleting the app erases everything it kept on your phone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Her Pilates is made for women 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
When the app changes what it collects, we update this page and its date first.
