Dispatch Content is operated by Doved Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how Dispatch Content handles information when authorized users connect social media accounts and schedule video content through the dashboard.

Information We Process

Dispatch Content may process account identifiers, profile names, avatars, scheduled post content, media URLs, captions, posting settings, and timestamps needed to provide the scheduling service. For TikTok, account information is obtained only after the user authorizes Dispatch Content through TikTok Login Kit.

How We Use Information

• To let users connect and identify their own social accounts.
• To prepare, schedule, and upload user-provided video content.
• To display scheduled posts and connected channels inside the dashboard.
• To maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.

TikTok Data

Dispatch Content uses TikTok permissions only for the features selected by the user. When uploading to TikTok drafts, Dispatch Content sends user-provided video content to TikTok through the Content Posting API. Drafts are reviewed and published by the creator in the TikTok app.
