Terms of Service - Scafolding

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scafolding ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and David PAVLOVSCHII, operating under Doved Studio.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Service Description

Scafolding is an ADHD-friendly task management iOS application designed to help users:

• Manage daily tasks and goals
• Track productivity and progress
• Monitor ADHD symptoms and patterns
• Integrate with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar
• Track physical activity via Apple HealthKit
• Receive motivational support through gamification features

The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Doved Studio ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Payment & Renewal:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Managing Subscriptions:

• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Price Changes:

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

Refunds:

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Conduct

When using Scafolding, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with the App's proper functioning
• Circumvent any security measures

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

7. Third-Party Integrations

Scafolding integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple Calendar: For calendar synchronization
• Google Calendar: For calendar synchronization
• Apple HealthKit: For activity and health data tracking

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of third-party services.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• Design elements and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, graphics, and other content

are owned by Doved Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of productivity tracking or analytics
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses
• Compatibility with third-party services

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any reliance on information provided by the App
• Issues arising from third-party integrations

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct harmful to other users or the App
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any data stored locally on your device will remain, but cloud-synced data may be deleted.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and/or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
